Container terminal expansion
Marine infrastructure supporting a coastal green-hydrogen and green-ammonia production facility. The scope included product loading and material offloading facilities, service-vessel quay, dredging, slope protection, navigation aids, utilities and associated marine construction works.
Greenfield bulk export terminal
Greenfield potash export terminal including site development, utilities, storage, administration and maintenance buildings. Marine and rail works included train unloading, causeway, trestle and berth construction, dredging, conveyors and ship loading systems.
Coal export terminal expansion
Expansion of an operating coal export terminal by approximately 6.5 million tonnes per year. The scope included major civil works, new material-handling equipment and replacement ship loading infrastructure.
Bulk liquid marine terminal and quay expansion
Marine infrastructure development including a 475 m dolphin-supported quay for bulk liquid transfer, transfer equipment, pipelines and dredging. A separate 610 m quay extension included concrete cribs, retaining works, beach reconstruction and breakwater protection.
Marine facilities for green hydrogen and ammonia production

Marine terminal caisson rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of a storm-damaged marine terminal caisson requiring repositioning, reinforced-concrete strengthening, internal infill and structural reconstruction. The works also included mattress reinstatement, ballast placement and a new reinforced-concrete cap.
Green hydrogen and ammonia production facility
3.5 GW wind and 150 MW solar-powered development designed to produce up to 180,000 tonnes of zero-carbon hydrogen and approximately 1 million tonnes of green-certified ammonia annually.
Hydrogen transmission pipeline
Long-distance hydrogen transmission pipeline forming part of a Nordic cross-border network. The Pre-FEED scope included the mainline, compressor and pressure-regulation stations, metering, crossings and associated construction logistics.
Hydrogen transmission system
Hydrogen transmission infrastructure connecting renewable production, storage and industrial users, with cross-border export capability. The scope included pipelines, pressure regulation, metering, line-valve stations and associated civil works.
Green hydrogen production facility
Utility-scale green-hydrogen production facility developed through FEED. The scope included electrolysers, power supply, water treatment, hydrogen purification and compression, utilities, piping, electrical systems and supporting site infrastructure.
Hydroelectric facility
Hydroelectric development involving major civil, structural and power-generation works. The project progressed from detailed estimating into construction delivery, with responsibilities extending into project management, schedule and cost control.
CO₂ import, storage and transport hub
Shared CO₂ hub receiving captured CO₂ from multiple industrial emitters for onward transport to permanent storage. The scope included pipeline, rail and road receiving systems, cryogenic storage, re-liquefaction, export pumping, marine loading and associated terminal infrastructure.
Liquid CO₂ storage and export terminal
EPC liquid-CO₂ import, storage and export facility with pressurized storage tanks, refrigeration and boil-off gas handling. The scope included process piping, transfer pumps, marine and truck loading, civil works, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, utilities, buildings and site development.
Carbon capture facility integration
Carbon capture system integrated into an operating metallurgical plant. The scope included flue-gas conditioning, capture, CO₂ compression and storage, utility requirements, plant tie-ins and constructability within a live facility.
E-methanol production facility
Large-scale e-methanol facility producing methanol from captured CO₂ and renewable hydrogen. The scope included hydrogen production and handling, CO₂ conditioning, methanol synthesis, product storage, utilities, electrical infrastructure and provision for future expansion.
Green ammonia production facility
Large-scale green-ammonia facility designed for load-following operation with renewable hydrogen supply. The FEL-2 scope included OSBL utilities, ammonia storage and loading, electrical systems, site development, roads, drainage and supporting plant buildings.
Floating bridge construction
1,060 m floating bridge incorporating concrete pontoons and fixed approach spans across a major lake. The estimated scope focused on fabrication, assembly and installation of the floating pontoon section and associated marine construction logistics.
Major bridge replacement / cost validation
Major bridge replacement project. The assignment involved development of an independent estimate and comparison against the engineer’s estimate.
Rapid transit stations and elevated guideway
Rapid-transit development comprising two stations, elevated guideway and a precast production yard. The assignment covered the complete construction scope for these components.
Urban freeway improvement
Major interstate highway improvement project developed through 30% and 60% design. The works form part of a complex urban transportation corridor requiring progressive cost validation as the design develops.
Major bridge rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of a historic major river crossing, including structural repairs and improvements to the bridge and access ramps. The work was developed to extend service life while maintaining transportation and pedestrian functions.
Immersed tunnel seismic upgrade
Seismic retrofit of a 629 m immersed-tube highway tunnel carrying four traffic lanes beneath a major river. The project involved structural reinforcement, tunnel-joint and support improvements, and construction within an operating transportation corridor.
Navigation lock replacement
Replacement of a major navigation lock on the Tennessee River. The estimated scope included new mass-concrete lock structures, structural steel, miscellaneous metals and associated heavy civil works.
Remote access roads and bridges
Approximately 180 km of new and upgraded access roads serving a major development in Northern British Columbia. The scope also included 14 single- and multiple-span bridges and temporary access infrastructure.
Wastewater treatment plant expansion and conveyance upgrades
Major treatment plant expansion increasing service capacity from approximately 30,000 to more than 280,000 people, including new pumping, storage and river-crossing sewer infrastructure.
Drinking water intake tower seismic upgrade
Seismic rehabilitation of a 27 m-high unreinforced-concrete intake tower located within an operating drinking-water reservoir. The works involve underwater strengthening, deep-water foundations, specialized access and environmental protection measures.
Drinking water filtration plant
Major drinking-water filtration facility with treatment capacity of up to approximately 1.8 billion litres per day. The construction scope included roughly 10,000 m³ of concrete structures associated with the treatment works.
Open-pit mining development
Open-pit diamond mine development estimated at approximately 90% design completion. The project included major mine infrastructure and associated facilities at a mature design stage.
Biocarbon production facility
Modular pyrolysis biorefinery converting woody biomass into metallurgical-grade biocarbon, with biochar and heavy bio-oil as secondary products. The scope included feed preparation, pyrolysis lines, product recovery, storage, utilities and supporting site infrastructure.
