Doina Dobre, P.Eng.
Doina holds a master’s degree in Railway, Highway, Bridge and Tunnel Engineering. She spent the first fifteen years of her career on construction sites as a superintendent and project manager, then moved into estimating for general contractors on heavy civil, industrial and energy projects.
That path is why every Emerald Group estimate is built as a construction plan with prices attached: scope, then method, sequencing, access and logistics, then quantities and rates. She founded the firm in 2011 and leads every assignment.
