Estimates require an engagement
Cost estimating advice is only given under a written engagement that defines scope, estimate class, deliverables, assumptions and fee. Any figures, ranges or class descriptions shown on this site are general illustrations of AACE International practice and are not drawn from any client's project.
Project examples
The assignments described on the Projects page are summarised from public procurement records, published project information and our own records. Client names appear only where the information is already public or the client has agreed. Contract values, rates and commercial terms are withheld in every case. If you believe an entry misstates your project, write to support@emeraldgroup.ca and it will be corrected or removed.
Content ownership
The text, illustrations and layout of this site belong to Emerald Group. You are welcome to link to it or quote a short passage with attribution. Do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes about this website go to the courts of British Columbia. If you access the site from the EU, UK or USA, mandatory local law still applies where it cannot be contracted out of.
